To help our Marketing team build practical skills, X2 OFFICE held a CapCut PC training session for Marketing, Content and Media staff and every other department.

Video now appears on almost every platform, from TikTok and Facebook Reels to YouTube Shorts, so mastering a video editing tool helps the Marketing team take more control of content production.
Through the session, participants learned the video editing process from basic to advanced, how to save editing time and how to improve the quality of their communication materials. It was also a chance for team members to share experience, swap skills and grow together.

Getting to know the CapCut PC interface
Participants were shown how to use the desktop software interface, practising the basic operations hands-on so everyone could get comfortable quickly.
Cutting and editing professional videos
This was the core of the CapCut PC training. Staff learned to organise footage logically, cut and join clips effectively and create a smooth narrative, along with shortcuts that speed up editing.
Adding effects, transitions and subtitles
An engaging video needs the right effects. The session covered using effects and transitions and adding subtitles to improve the viewing experience – key to making videos stand out on social media
Adjusting audio and exporting correctly
As well as visuals, sound affects the quality of a video.
Participants learned to balance volume, work with background music and export videos in the right aspect ratio for TikTok, Facebook Reels and other platforms.

The CapCut PC training will take place at 2:00pm on Tuesday 30/06 at X2 OFFICE DIAMOND, 458 Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Da Nang. It’s open to Marketing, Content and Media staff and all other departments. Please arrive about 10 minutes early to get settled and set up your computer.
